Dec 16 (Reuters) – Tiger Woods said on Saturday the PGA Tour is seeking a final agreement to end the partnership.

Cooperated with the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF) ahead of the December 31st voluntary deadline. Woods, who joined the PGA Tour Board of Directors in August, confirmed the deadline remains at the beginning of June.

Also included are investment firm Cohen Private Ventures, the family office of New York Mets owner Steve Cohen, and private equity firm Hipost Capital.
