Golf fans reacted to a new viral video of young players Rory McIlroy and Tony Finau ahead of their US Open third-round loss.

A stunning old-school video of rookies Rory McIlroy and Tony Finau went viral on social media ahead of their US Open third-round matchup.

McIlroy and Finau, who will play together on Saturday in the second round of the 2024 US Open at Pinehurst, have been good friends since their days in junior golf. Before the third round, a previously unreleased video surfaced on social media of McIlroy and Finau talking about their friendship since they were 10 years old.

Tune in to the hilarious video to hear McIlroy talk about how much he loves spending time with the Finau family.

Finau added how he went to give McIlroy a hug when he realized the two had played against each other in a tournament. Fast forward 25 years and Finau and McIlroy will meet in the third round of the 2024 US Open.

McIlroy and Finau will play together in the third final match of the day on Saturday at 3:13 p.m. local time. Finau and Mcilroy are both three suue, and there are only two shots of rhythm before the third round.

Finau and Aberg are trying to get the first major title, and Makiroy, a four -weight major champion, wants to finish 10 years in a major.
