BREAKING: Jon Rahm makes impressive return to PGA Tour, announces retirement from LIV Golf

The 29-year-old Masters champion’s big move to Saudi-backed LIV Golf sent another shockwave through the sports world.

Masters winner Jon Rahm reportedly surpassed the PGA Tour’s prize money total by joining the Saudi-funded LIV Golf team, but the blow widens a rift in the golf world as the two countries negotiate a trade deal. Rahm confirmed the decision in an interview with Fox News on Thursday. Wearing a black Letterman jacket with the LIV logo, he said it was a difficult decision. “I was very happy,” Lam said. “But there are many things that Liv Golf can provide very attractive things.”

He stated that it will hold the contract amount in the middle of the reward and set the reward to $ 500 million. The total PGA Tour bag in 2023 was around $ 460 million. The development comes 25 days before a June 6 deadline for the PGA Tour and Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund to finalize an agreement to become commercial partners of a for-profit enterprise along with the European Tour.
