Simone Biles’ most loyal fan club — her family! — has made it to the Paris Olympics.

The celebrated gymnast’s husband Jonathan Owens and her parents Ronald and Nellie were among the thousands of people gathered at Bercy Arena in Paris on Tuesday, July 30 to catch Biles go for gold in the women’s team final.

Owens, 29, rocked a special T-shirt that featured various colorful photos of his wife, 27, along with her last name emblazoned in large red letters. He also held an American flag.

Ronald and Nellie sat beside him in the stands, and all three were seen cheering on the four-time gold medalist as she competed alongside teammates Jordan Chiles, Suni Lee, Hezly Rivera and Jade Carey.

Owens, an NFL safety for the Chicago Bears who married Biles in 2023, previously shared his journey to Paris with his Instagram followers, posting a photo to his Instagram Story that showed him on a plane.

“Coming for you baby ✈️,” he wrote atop the photo, while Biles reposted and added the emojis: “.”

Upon arriving in the City of Light, the athlete shared some photos from various spots in the city, and eventually posted his view from his seat. He also shared a photo of the arena with the lights turned low, ready for the gymnasts, and wrote, “Almost go time.”

The athlete previously explained that when he signed with the Bears this offseason, he negotiated time off from the team’s mandatory preseason practices to see Biles compete at the Olympics.

Owens told PEOPLE earlier this month that he couldn’t wait to watch Biles go for gold again in Paris.

“It’s super exciting just because I get a chance to see all the work that she puts in prior to, and you know what? Everything she goes through and dealing with the media and everything, and she still goes out there and does it,” the NFL star said.

“It’s just impressive and goes to her training mindset and consistency. That’s the biggest thing, is how consistent,” he continued.
