Tiger Woods gets plenty of momentum from a rare podcast appearance, but no mention of a Nike replacement.
Tiger Woods has played down concerns about a leg injury several times in recent months, but the golf legend put an end to all concerns with a stunning putt on Wednesday. The 48-year-old, who announced his split from Nike, made a rare appearance on the Barstool Sports Fore Play podcast, where he challenged Trent Ryan, Sam Riggs Bozoian and Frankie Borrelli to a long game.
The 15-time major league champion has dealt with several injuries over the years. He recently had leg pain after sustaining injuries to his lower right leg in a car accident in 2021. But the PGA Tour star showed no signs of pain as Riggs took a knee after playing the first and decided to end his effort and defeat the hosts.
