Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend, who ended her relationship with Woods last October, has filed a lawsuit challenging Woods’ confidentiality agreement and Tiger Woods’ presence at his home in Hobby Sound, Florida. Woods’ ex-girlfriend Erica Herman is seeking a court ruling on the scope of the nondisclosure agreement, which she said is unenforceable, according to a recent lawsuit filed in Martin County, Florida. In a separate filing, Herman claimed hasty breach and argued that he was entitled to damages for the remaining five years of the verbal lease. At the heart of the dispute is a non-disclosure agreement issued in mostly redacted form in the court case. The NDA was signed on Aug. 1, according to court documents. September 9, 2017 states: “Any disputes, claims or disputes between us shall be resolved by binding confidential arbitration to the fullest extent permitted by law.”

However, Herman is seeking a court order to better understand the enforceability of the NDA, as well as the obligations he and those around him have regarding their relationship with Woods. “Among other things, it is unclear whether it would be possible to disclose facts that could give rise to various legal actions,” Herman said in the complaint.
