HAMILTON: I NEVER QUIT
Hamilton said having his father on stage was the highlight of a special journey. “My favorite moment was when I first came to Formula 1. I couldn’t believe it,” Hamilton said while answering questions from fans on the Mercedes YouTube channel.
“There were a lot of dark and difficult moments where I really thought it was going to happen, but I didn’t think it was going to happen. “And I never gave up. The late nights watching my dad win his first race in Montreal and get on the podium made the trip worth it knowing what we had to do. To get involved! It all seemed worth it.”
