Tiger Woods’ 2 Kids: All About Sam and Charlie
Tiger Woods’ Two Children: All About Sam and Charlie
The two children of Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren spent their childhood on the golf course.
The former couple first met in the early 2000s, and a few years later, Woods and Nordegren held a lavish wedding ceremony. In 2007, the couple celebrated the birth of their first child, Sam Alexis. The family grew again in 2009 with the addition of son Charlie Axel.
When her children were young, Woods was embroiled in controversy after reports surfaced that she had several affairs during her marriage. Wood and Nordegren finalized their divorce in 2010, but despite all the drama between their parents, the couple tried to look out for Sam and Charlie’s best interests. Woods admits that working alone is more difficult, but says the biggest reward is watching her children grow up. “I love being with them and seeing what they do, what they can do — the joy, the distraction — it’s just fun. “We have a great time together,” he said in 2011.
Things have gotten easier as Sam and Charlie have gotten older, but Woods still considers his children the highlight of his life and motivates them to keep going.
