Following a year of hardships on the pitch, head coach Kevin Stefanski concluded the 2023 campaign with a personal victory.

At Thursday’s NFL Honours, Stefanski was named the AP Coach of the Year. He was nominated for the prize along with five other finalists.

Having Kevin as a leader of our organisation is truly a blessing,” stated Andrew Berry, General Manager and Executive Vice President of Football Operations. “Throughout his first four years here, he has accomplished nothing short of extraordinary. “A head coach should be a steadying influence in a team, and I don’t think anybody exemplifies that better than Kevin,” Schwartz stated on January 4. “It it true that good coaches can balance out the NFL’s exhilarating nature? You will experience highs. During the season, you will have low points. Being the one who can balance those out is what you want to be. similar to a skilled hedge fund manager. And Kevin, in my opinion—he’s a great boss.

I’m incredibly respectful of him,” Schwartz added. And there have been a few openings.
