Last week I was looking at a company and was asked to decide whether to invest in it or recommend it to others. The company is an entertainment and golf services company.
There are two golf simulators on site and they offer golf club equipment, golf lessons and golf club repairs. The company integrates technology, equipment and educational services to enhance the golfer’s experience.
Ideal for those looking to improve their golf skills, purchase custom equipment or enjoy a virtual golf experience. The firm is five years old and has two managing partners.
Their store is located in an indoor location where many sporting and athletic events take place. The institution has many young and old people throughout the year.
Traffic is particularly heavy on weekends. The area is 1,200㎡ and can accommodate two golf simulators and various equipment for club fitting and repair.
The company was successful. When I entered I thought I had no idea what was going on here.
