LUKE COMBS GOES AFTER CAROLINA PANTHERS’ OWNERSHIP

Luke Combs sues Carolina Panthers owner

Luke Combs claims he usually stays quiet on social media about his opinions on sports, but he hopped on X to lament the way his beloved Carolina Panthers handled the team during the offseason. Most notable was the trade of superstar Brian Burns to the New York Giants, a move that Combs believed was very little in return. Now, on Wednesday, the usually quiet country singer spoke a little more about the subject, this time on ESPN’s “The Pat McAfee Show.”

When talking about the Panthers, Combs immediately turned to the person he believes is responsible for this whole mess: billionaire Panthers owner David Tepper. According to Luke, Tepper is clearly a smart businessman, but that doesn’t necessarily mean he’s a good soccer player. “I’m a great musician, but I’m not a football coach…I’m good at music, but I won’t tell you who to pick.”

So, will there be any results? Fans believe they have a chance. Tepper’s tale of revenge became legendary, leading audiences to speculate that Luke had performed his final concert at Charlotte’s Bank of America Stadium, home of the Carolina Panthers. No word yet from Tepper or the Panthers, but if Combs doesn’t play in the stadium during the trip to Carolina, we’ll under

stand why.
