But despite these changes, the golf world will have to wait and see what McIlroy thinks of LIV CEO Norman. He presents him as a loser in the big break in men’s professional golf.
During the two-year civil war, McIlroy repeatedly said talks could only begin after Norman left the LIV to denounce his major winner. “We need to bring adults together around the table.” The Australian is his promise and will have “only one pain—” for his efforts. In the midst of this public controversy, Norman replied, “It doesn’t matter.”
