It was a busy day in the world of F1, with the FIA taking off and Lewis Hamilton predicting the title. Williams has also announced who will drive the car beyond 2026, while Ferrari’s front wing is also in the news.

Zac Brawn has often backed the fight to succeed Max Verstappen and it is this fight that makes Hamilton believe he will win an eighth title. More changes in the beast in a different important visit
Today started with more changes in the FIA. This is because other senior figures have been replaced and changed to three per month. Technical Director Tim Goss said: “It has been a great honor to join the FIA as Technical Director and help shape the future of the sport.
“I am very proud and grateful for the many achievements of our technical department during my time at the FIA. “There are very talented people in the department and I believe the organization is well positioned in terms of technical expertise for the challenges ahead, particularly the implementation of the 2026 regulations.
“I will leave my time at the FIA with good memories.”

Williams confirmed that the contract with Mercedes will last until 2026.
Since then there have been many reports that Williams will remain with Mercedes as their power supplier for the 2026 season. This means McLaren will become the Silver Arrows’ second customer team after it is extended at the end of the 2023 season.

It’s not often that team principals admit that one driver has the advantage, but Christian Horner says the case for Hamilton and Max Verstappen is undeniable. “Max came to us as a teenager and now he’s a world champion,” said Kroner. “I feel the same as Lewis Hamilton. He is now the most successful pilot in history.
“He has a bigger impact on the team than his peers because he has so much more value to the team.”

There are rumors about the Ferrari 2024 front wing.
Now heading to Maranello, there are reports that Ferrari will unveil a very similar looking front wing. The Italian team is launching a new front wing for its 2024 F1 rivals, similar to the Red Bull RB19, aiming for a more stable front end.
Ferrari, who have not achieved this level of success in Formula 1 since 2008, have high hopes of returning to the championship stage in 2023.
