LIV Golf is gearing up for the 2024 season and the first tournament will be held at Mayakoba. The third season is expected to be a bit different from the first two, with at least 13 teams competing this year. With the arrival of Jon Rahm, he is expected to become the captain of the new team. Three new golfers Jinichiro Kozuma, Calle Samouja and Kieran Vincent also joined LIV Golf following a promotional event at Abu Dhabi Golf Club. Andy Ogletree, winner of the 2023 Asian Tour International Series, has also qualified for the upcoming 2024 season. In the 2023 season, Talor Gooch won $18,000,000 in bonus money and became the new individual champion. At the season-ending tournament in Miami, Crushers GC, led by Bryson DeChambeau, won the tag team championship title and a whopping $50,000,000 prize pool. The third season of LIV Golf starts again at Mayakoba El Chameleon G.
