The 15-time champion has been under investigation amid multiple lawsuits following his October 2022 split from ex-girlfriend Erica Herman. Herman, who began dating Woods in 2017, claimed she breached their verbal lease by evicting Woods as a tenant at her home in Hobby Sound, Florida. He filed a lawsuit against Woods last October, and Woods tried to dismiss the lawsuit in December.
Herman then responded with another motion in March, extending legal proceedings until the first major of the 2023 golf season. The two sides are now expected to hold a hearing on Tuesday, May 9, to determine whether that lease was breached and whether Germany violated the NDA with Woods, which requires the dispute to be resolved by “binding, confidential arbitration.” \”
