Will Charlie Woods make the PGA Tour in the near future?

Could Charlie Woods be playing on the PGA Tour soon?

This week, Charlie Woods returned to the PNC Championship, where he first appeared three years ago. Over the course of two days, his talent was on display and his golfing genes seemed to have been inherited from his father, Tiger Woods.

The questions are: Could Charlie Woods make it to the PGA Tour in the future? He was only fourteen at the moment and still in the prime of adulthood, so it was still a distant thought. But it seems to have really improved in recent years. It looks bigger, stronger and better than last year. He put it on the green on the 321 meter par 4 hole. According to Tiger, Charlie’s speed has increased dramatically in just one year. But as his son grew up, he turned to modern equipment to make those changes. This year was Junior Woods’ first season of competitive junior golf. According to the Junior Golf Leaderboard, he was ranked 1,326 out of 10,616 juniors. He ranks 86th among all players in the class of 2027.

Charlie has won two races in 16 starts this year. His lowest round was a 66 at the Nota Begay III Florida Regional Qualifier in September.

Oddsmakers say the 14-year-old has a 1,500-to-1 chance of being selected before he turns 22. For reference, Tiger won the Masters in 1997 when he was 21 years, 3 months and 14 days old.

Charlie Woods catches the eye as the son of the world’s most famous golfer, but his progress is commendable as it’s only been three years since he started playing golf seriously. According to one of America’s 50 best golf teachers, people need to give their child more time and not compare him to long-time golfers.
