Lewis Hamilton has admitted that his favorite car was actually a McLaren and not the championship-winning Mercedes.
The Mercedes star holds the distinction of driving the fastest car in Formula 1 history. However, he revealed on the team’s official YouTube channel that his favorite car is actually a McLaren.
Lewis Hamilton is one of the greatest drivers in Formula 1 history. Oscar Piastri came the closest to matching his performance, but his rookie season wasn’t quite there yet.
By the way, both reached the same level at McLaren, with Hamilton winning his first world championship. However, after not being able to compete for the championship title for four seasons, he decided to move to Mercedes.
This ability helped Toto Wolff’s team win six drivers’ championships at Hamilton. Despite this success, Hamilton said his favorite car was the McLaren, not his iconic Mercedes.
