Aryna Sabalenka shares a glimpse of her love life, posts romantic picture with her beau

World number 5 Arina Sabalenka recently shared a photo with her boyfriend and former ice hockey player Konstantin Koltsov.

The photo that surprised fans shows the tennis player hugging Koltsov and looking passionately into each other’s eyes. “Lots of love,” Sabalenka captioned the post.

Konstantin Koltsov represented Belarus at the IIHF World Championships and the Winter Olympics during his 18-year ice hockey career. He also played in the NHL for the Pittsburgh Penguins in the 2003–04 season, scoring nine goals and adding 20 assists.

Aryna Sabalenka kicked off her 2022 season in Round 2 of the Adelaide International. The Belarusian finished second at the Australian Open, losing to Kaya Kanepi 5-7, 6-2, 7-6(7) in the fourth round. Sabalenka reached the quarter-finals of the Doha Open, losing to world number one Iga Sviacek in straight sets. In the next two tournaments, Belarus lost in the second round. At the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, Sabalenka lost to Jasmine Paolini 2-6, 6-3, 6-3. At the Miami Open, the 24-year-old lost to Irina-Camelia Begu in straight sets.

At the Stuttgart Open, Aryna Sabalenka played incredible tennis to reach the final. Along the way, she beat the likes of Anette Kontaveit and Paula Badosa. In his best match, he again lost to Svitek in straight sets. The losing streak against Svitek continued at the Italian Open, where he lost 6–2, 6–1 in the semifinals.

At Roland Garros, Sabalenka lost in the third round to Camila Giorgi. She then reached the final of the Libema Open before losing 7–5, 6–0 to Ekaterina Alexandrova.

Sabalenka had a good showing at the US Open but lost again to Swiakek in the last four. The Belarusian finally got her revenge on the world No. 1, defeating her in the semifinals of the season-ending WTA Finals. However, she lost in the final to Carolina Garcia.
