REVEALED: WHEN AND WHERE TIGER WOODS WILL UNVEIL ‘NEXT CHAPTER’ AFTER NIKE SPLIT

Tiger Woods will reportedly unveil his new apparel brand on 12 February, weeks after parting ways with sportswear giant Nike after 27 years.

Tiger Woods has invited media to ‘come and be part of the next chapter’ in what appears to be the unveiling of his new apparel brand.

Woods, 48, brought an end to his partnership with Nike on 8 January after being associated with the sportswear giant for 27 years.

The legendary golfer had been using the brands products and equipment since he turned professional in 1996.

“The days have been filled with so many amazing moments and memories,” Woods said in an emotional farewell.

“If I started listing them, I could go on forever.”

Nike said it was an ‘honour’ to work with Woods and posted an iconic image of the golfer winning the Masters for the very first time.

“It was a hell of a round, Tiger.”

Since then speculation has been rife about what Woods would be donning next as he enters what we expect to be the final years of his playing career.

Woods understandably was courting interest from a number of brands but it appears Woods has settled for a deal with TaylorMade.

The 15-time major champion already uses their equipment. A few weeks ago TaylorMade filed a “Sunday Red” trademark.

You’ll likely know for years Woods has been best known for wearing red polos on Sunday with black pants.

It is a tradition he has carried on from his school days and was inspired by his mother Kultida.

A report by the Business of Fashion has confirmed Woods will be hosting a news conference later this month.

The invitation to media stated the presser will be held on 12 February.

“Come to be a part of the next chapter,” the invite read. The event will take place in Pacific Palisades, the same week Woods is due to host the Genesis Invitational on the PGA Tour.

Woods is likely to play in that event but he has not yet committed to doing so.

Last December, the golfer stated it was his ambition to play at least once a month from February 2024.

He has been buoyed by the results of his most recent ankle surgery, which have improved his ability to walk without pain.

Woods is still struggling from the affects of his February 2021 car crash in which he crashed his luxury SUV in the hills of Los Angeles at high speed.
