FedEx Becomes Title Sponsor Of The Open de France on the DP World Tour
FedEx and DP World Tour have signed an agreement whereby FedEx will become the title sponsor of the Open de France, the oldest national open competition on the European continent.
FedEx will assume this sponsorship position in time for the 106th edition of the tournament, which will be held at Le Golf National from October 10-13, 2024. Past champions include legends of the game such as Seve Ballesteros, Colin Montgomery, Bernhard Langer, Jose Maria Olazabal, Sir Nick Faldo, Byron Nelson and Walter Hagen.
The tour is now central to the DP World Tour’s new Back 9 look. Here, players participate in nine of the tour’s most historic tournaments and qualify for the season-ending DP World Tour Play, which opens nationwide from August to October. . – Get out. FedEx has had a long-standing relationship with the PGA TOUR dating back to 1986 and currently operates as FedEx St. St. Jude Championships, an annual tournament held at TPC Southwind in Memphis. FedEx expanded its presence on the PGA TOUR by becoming an Official Marketing Partner in 2002, and in 2007 added a sponsorship position for the PGA TOUR’s FedExCup Seasonal Competitions, culminating in the FedExCup Playoffs each August.
