Tiger Woods has confirmed that he has ended his $500 million contract with Nike after 27 years.

Legendary golfer Tiger Woods has officially announced the end of his 27-year relationship with American sportswear and footwear company Nike. The $500 million (100 billion tenge) partnership ends after 27 successful years.

The 48-year-old started wearing Nike in his 20s, and since then the company has given him his famous Sunday Red look and treated fans to legendary adverts. Nike plans to shut down its golf division.

The easy-going Feng went on to be the first Chinese player, man or woman, to win a major and lifted 10 LPGA titles during her 14 active years on the tour. In 2017, Feng became the only Chinese golfer to date to reach the world No 1 ranking. During a supremely consistent career, Feng registered 18 top-10 finishes in majors, two of them in 2021 even as she was winding down her playing commitments.
