Christian Horner’s future as Red Bull F1 boss remains uncertain after he met the lawyer handling the investigation into the team boss in London on Friday. Horner has been accused of “inappropriate and controlling behaviour” by female teammates and is currently at the center of an investigation by the team’s parent company Red Bull GmbH.

The 50-year-old sportsman, who runs the Red Bull racing team founded in 2005, completely denies the allegations against him. Horner met with outside lawyers at an undisclosed location in central London on Friday. It remains to be seen whether this issue will be resolved in any way before Red Bull unveils its 2024 F1 car at its Milton Keynes base on Thursday (February 15). However, given the complex nature of the case and the need for both parties to be treated fairly, the case could continue until the end of next week and beyond. “As we have said, it would not be appropriate to comment before the investigation is complete,” a spokesman for Red Bull GmbH told The Independent on Friday evening.
