As reported on the Masters website, the golfer completed nine holes and focused predominantly on honing his short game – chipping and putting. Accompanied only by his long-time friend Rob McNamara, the executive vice president of TGR, Woods strolled freely and diligently worked on the greens.

 

 

As a reminder, the Masters tournament will take place from Thursday to Sunday, April 11-14. It is the first of the four major golf tournaments. It is held annually at the Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia, USA.

 

Since 1949, the champion has been awarded the iconic green jacket, which must be returned to the Augusta National Club a year after their victory. The jacket remains their personal property and is stored alongside the jackets of other champions in a specially designated wardrobe.

In 2017, Feng became the only Chinese golfer to date to reach the world No 1 ranking.  During a supremely consistent career, Feng registered 18 top-10 finishes in majors, two of them in 2021 even as she was winding down her playing commitments.
