Tiger Woods explains viral Tree of Masters meme on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon

Jimmy Fallon goes head to head with Tiger Woods over the viral Tree of Masters meme on The Tonight Show.

Tiger Woods made a rare appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday night, and the 2024 Masters was one of the first topics of conversation. However, it is not the fact that Woods has broken the record of the most consistent cut of the master who caused Fallon’s interest this year. Instead, it was a viral moment due to the participation of national augaster tigers and trees, and forced the end of the night. But first, Fallon asked a more serious question about the Masters: Is Tiger still excited about coming to Augusta every year?

“Yes, I know, and there’s nothing else that compares to this,” he said. “I’ve been playing there since I was a teenager,” Tiger explained. “So there’s nothing more fun than driving down Magnolia Lane and looking out there and just looking at the terrain and its history.»

Fallon then got to the heart of the matter, asking Woods about the image of the tree that went viral on the internet after the Masters. In case you missed it, Tiger was photographed shaking hands with someone hidden behind a tree during the final round, with only his forearm and hand visible. “Do you remember what that was?” Fallon asked the 15-time major champion.

“yes. This is the great Vern Lundquist, and he was there,” Woods replied with a smile, drawing laughs from Fallon and the studio audience.

Lundquist, who worked for CBS Golf for decades and helped produce the Masters, will retire after the 2024 Masters. It was his final Masters, and Woods passed him on the course during the final round, shook his hand and congratulated him on his historic TV career.

“This is the greatest photo I’ve ever seen. I love it,” Fallon continued. “It’s been all over the internet, and I don’t know if you saw this,” Fallon said.

“No, I… what… what happened?” Tiger said nervously. Later, Fallon gave Tiger a model of the Mys shooting on the Internet after the master.

“When you ask to send a receipt with Email instead of printing.”

“What are you going to go to a good campaign?”

“” These edible use is not S. ” 30 minutes later”

Fallon also shared a story about riding in a golf cart with Tiger at a previous charity event. Fallon had just given birth to his first child, and he asked Tiger if he could show him a video of himself. Trying to find a video on his phone, Tiger pulled out his own video of Fallon, one of Charlie Woods’ children, playing a perfect golf game with the toy.
