Billionaire Clive Palmer has soured relations with Australian golf officials by claiming Tiger Woods was a mentally damaged man who failed to serve as a role model for young people. Palmer’s creation of a giant mechanical dinosaur at this year’s Australian Golf Championships may not be his strangest move.
