Rory McIlroy files for divorce from his wife after seven years of separation
McIlroy’s ex-fiancée, Caroline Wozniacki, sent a message following the news.
The couple split in 2014, before McIlroy won the PGA Championship.
Caroline Wozniacki sent a message to Brooks Koepka’s wife after his high-profile divorce from Erika Stoll was announced this week. According to court records, McIlroy filed a “motion for dissolution of marriage” on Monday, shortly before trial.
The former couple met in 2012 while Stoll was working at the PGA of America, and began dating in 2015. Then they got married in 2017.
The two have one child together, Poppy Kennedy McIlroy, who was born in 2020. Coepa went to social networks to express his admiration for his wife, Ien Sims, as well as the news about the Macillary’s shockonon, and Voznyatski left a comment.

Caroline Wozniatski and Makilra announced their engagement in 2013, but later parted
Voznyatski and Makilra began to meet in 2011 and announced their engagement in 2013. However, McIlroy ended the relationship despite planning the wedding months before the scheduled ceremony.
Koepka and Wozniacki are friends, and the tennis ace supported Koepka at last year’s Masters with her husband, former NBA player David Lee. Wozniacki and Lee married in 2019 and have two children.
Welcoming his wife’s debut in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, Koepka wrote on Instagram: What hard work brings is amazing! I love you! \’
Shortly after, Wozniacki wrote the comment, “Hot mama,” along with a fire emoji.
She sent out wedding invitations and they arrived quickly. Although McIlroy maintained that their breakup was mutual and amicable, Wozniacki later revealed in a phone call that their relationship had ended.
