The Florida mansion where Rory McIlroy and his family lived increased in value by 65pc last year to $21.6m (€19.9m) after a series of improvement works.
Filings from Florida show that the 1,709.4 sq m house was purchased in 2017 by a company called Ashford Holdings LLC and that Erica Stoll, McIlroy’s wife is a trustee of the Florida-registered firm.
