Tiger Woods makes a surprise proposal and tries to reconcile with ex-wife Elin Nordegren

Tiger Woods is not yet ready to end his relationship with ex-wife Elin Nordegren, according to an insider. According to the National Enquirer, Woods is making every effort to reunite with Nordegren, including proposing over Christmas break and offering huge financial incentives. According to the magazine, Woods got down on one knee, gave Nordegren a ring and said he wanted to get married again.

To show his loyalty, Woods offered Nordegren a $350 million contract that included anti-cheating provisions to give him peace of mind. Despite the high price, Nordegren takes this into account, suggesting that golfers’ efforts to acquire it have not gone unnoticed.

The proposed gift represents more than half of Woods’ estimated $600 million fortune and reflects his desire to mend relations. “Tiger didn’t even dodge the questions,” said a source familiar with the matter. The accountant thinks he’s crazy, but he’s ready to write a marriage contract and set the wedding date. The man could never bear to leave Elin. “He dated many models and prostitutes, but none lasted more than one night,” he said. Woods and Nordegren’s troubled relationship included a high-profile divorce after Woods’ infidelity was revealed. The couple met in 2001, married in 2004 and, against the odds, had two children together. Woods’ alleged proposal is an important step in rebuilding their relationship.

Nordegren has been divorced since 2010 and is renovating her home in Palm Beach, Florida. While the world waits, only time will tell if this romantic twist will lead to a rekindled romance or another chapter in the rocky history of Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren.
